I remodeled the entire condo during September 2011. Brand new berber carpet. Brand new 2″ plantation style window blinds. Brand new paint. New fixtures were installed, including new bathroom vanity sinks, brand new faucet fixtures for the bathrooms and kitchen.

I also added a complete dining room set to match the tropical decor. It’s a round glass top table with 4 chairs. I installed an overhead chandelier which looks just fantastic!

I added a couple of outdoor lounge chairs and a table to the lanai (balcony), so you can relax with a refreshing drink and watch the sunsets or have a morning coffee and watch the joggers along Alii Drive.

With the help of my friends the Bradleys, I re-grouted the kitchen tile and we put up new artwork throughout the condo. Thanks Mark & Tammy!

The condo looks new, it’s clean, and it’s FANTASTIC!
